Founded in 1917, the American Association of Singapore serves as the bridge to the expat community and the cross-roads to Asia Pacific. This dynamic organization welcomes all expats to promote multiculturalism through resources, publications and networking. The American Association of Singapore is the oldest American organization in Singapore – serving as the founder and initial sponsor for most of the American community organizations in Singapore including the American Women’s Association (AWA); The American Club; Singapore American School (SAS); American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham); Singapore American Community Action Council (SACAC); Boy Scout Troop 07; and American Dragons (Dragon Boat Team).
